LEILA jewelry designs are original and “Made in U.S.A.” unless otherwise noted. We take pride in our high quality of work and materials used. Each piece is individually inspected before shipping and packed carefully to ensure your jewelry will arrive undamaged. The color(s) you see on this site may vary from actual pieces depending on the capabilities and settings of your monitor and computer

“MY ACCOUNT”

You must create an account before placing an order. You will be able to create an account at the time of checkout if you are not currently registered. If you have previously ordered from LEILA.com you can access your account by logging into “My Account” located at the top of the home page. If you have forgotten your password you can request a new temporary password.

Once registered you will be able to check the status of your order and browse your order history. It is your sole responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You take full responsibility for any purchases made under your account.

PLACING AN ORDER

After you have gone through the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call us right away as your order may not have been processed.

When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase. All orders are charged at the time of checkout.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Returns are accepted from merchandise purchased from this website exclusively. If you purchased items from another retailer or website, you must contact them about their return policy.

Cancelling an order: If you would like to cancel an order for stock items before it is shipped, please call us at (858)964-1888. If your credit card has already been charged you will receive a full refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to apply to your account.  We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on custom /personalized pieces.

Returns & Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt if they are in unused condition and with their original packaging materials.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED PIECES.  You will receive a full refund for returns, excluding shipping charges. After the items are received back, please allow 15 days for the return to be processed and the refund to show up in your credit card account. LEILA is not responsible for lost or stolen items while in transit.

To return your purchase, please call us at (858)964-1888. If approved, you will be emailed a RETURN FORM with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please fill out the return form and include it along with the items you are returning in their original packing materials.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

Gifts: Items received as a gift may only be returned for store credit. You will need to go through the return process, once the items are received back you will be emailed a gift card worth the value of the return excluding the original shipping charges paid.

Custom Items: Items that require customization are final sale and non-returnable.

SHIPPING POLICIES

The title to the goods is transferred to you once the shipment is delivered to a common carrier. LEILA is not responsible for lost or damaged goods while in transit and any claim must be filed with the common carrier. If you are returning an item, we do not take title until it is delivered to our warehouse.

 

Orders within the U.S.

 ***CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME ON CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED PIECES IS 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS*****

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and take 2-3 business days to process for in stock items, and 2-4 business days for custom/personalized items. All domestic orders will be shipped by UPS GROUND or USPS(United States Postal Service) and may take 1-4 business days for delivery in ADDITION to the production/processing time

If you need your shipment to be expedited, you will be able to choose a faster shipping method at the time of checkout. All orders that need NEXT DAY service have to be placed by 12PM PST.

LEILA offers FREE SHIPPING within the U.S. on all orders over $75. To be eligible for free shipping your order must be over $75 before taxes and after discounts codes are applied.

A California sales tax of 9.25% will automatically be applied to all orders shipping to a CA address

International Orders

All international orders are sent by USPS(United States Postal Service) First Class Mail International. There is a shipping fee of $15 and delivery to most destinations take 10-14 business days. All taxes and duties are to be paid by the recipient.  When you order internnatinally, we cannot gaurantee delivery, you assume all risk of lost or stolen product.

Please note that depending on the amount of time spent in customs, delivery times may vary from the 10-14 days and can take as much as 45-60 days.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available for purchase online.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Sale Items: All items on sale or in the sale section are sold as final sale and cannot be returned. These items have limited supply and pricing is offered only while supplies last.

Promotional Offers: Promotional offers refers to any sale codes, discount codes, or promotion codes that may be used at time of checkout. Promotional codes may not be used to purchase items on sale or in the sale section. Sale, discount, and promotional codes may not be combined, only one code may be used per site visit.
