How do I place an order? Do I need to create an account?

You must first create an account before you can place an order.

What if I lost my password?

In the My Account section there is a button to request a new password.

How do I know if my order is being processed?

You should receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you do not, please call customer care right away at (858)964-1888.

What if I have questions about my order?

Please call our main line at (858)964-1888 or send an email to customercare@leila.com.

Can I add to an existing order?

If you have already placed an order and want to add to it, you must place another order. Unfortunately we cannot combine orders.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please call us right away so we can make the correction to the address.

When will my order be shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. If the order has been charged already, you will be refunded back to your credit card.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item please call us right away and we will make arrangements to ship you the correct item. If the shipping package arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. If the shipping package is OK but the contents appear to be damaged or defective, please call us right away.

How do I redeem a gift card?Will I be charged sales tax?

Since we are a California Corp., applicable state and local sales tax is collected for orders shipping to a California address.

How do I know if items are in stock?

All items are in stock unless marked “Out of Stock”. You will be notified by email if there is any delay on your order.

Can I return an item I received as a gift?

Gifts may be returned for store credit only.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To prevent your jewelry from tarnishing, minimize exposure to moisture and perfumes. Use a mild jewelry cleaning solution (except on leather parts), rinse, dry and polish with a soft cloth.

When do I enter my gift/discount/promotional code?

You will have an opportunity to enter your code at the time of checkout.
