WARRANTY

Lots of care and detail goes into making each piece of LEILA by our skilled team of makers.

We offer a free 30-day warranty (from delivery date) on broken chains and clasps. Please follow the steps below to start a warranty repair request:

  1. Email us at customercare@leila.com with subject “Warranty Request”
  2. Include your name, order number, and describe the issue
  3. Attach a photo of the item showing the issue
  4. Upon receipt of your email, we will review and get back to you
  5. Shipping to LEILA is customer's responsibility  

We want you to be happy and love your Leila purchase. If your piece has any other issue during the 30-day warranty period, please contact us by email with your question or concern.  

REPAIRS

After our 30-day warranty period, we offer repairs for a small fee. The fee amount will depend on the repair.  Please follow the steps below to start a non-warranty repair request:

  2. Include your name, order number, and describe the issue
  3. Attach a photo of the item showing the issue
  4. Upon receipt of your email, we will review and get back to you
